Considering the fact that hacker attacks have become increasingly common today, and as the consequences of these attacks can be enormous, the adoption of an act on the security of ICT systems can reduce the risk of such abuses.
The Law on Information Security from 2016 made it obligatory for all legal entities that use information and communication systems to have this act, in order to operate the given systems more safely and to protect their users.
