The International Food Standard IFS was implemented in the company Mlekara Spasojević from Bajina Bašta, a producer of milk and dairy products.
The IFS Food Standard is a GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) widely recognized world standard for food safety control and producer quality of processes and products. It is based on the principle of traceability – the ability to at any time on the way from the primary producer to the end-user, quality of the product and correctness can be monitored during each stage of production and distribution.
By introducing IFS standards in the way of its business, MLEKARA SPASOJEVIĆ will increase the quality standard of all its products as well as the food safety standard, while significantly affecting the efficiency of its production and thus in the future will be able to expand its business to new markets.
The achieved cooperation with the company Mobes Group will certainly further improve the quality of business of the company MLEKARA SPASOJEVIĆ, whose goal is even greater customer satisfaction.
